Nashville guitar pedal enthusiasts have a lot to celebrate at Eastside Music Supply
We have exciting news for the guitar pedal loving community: Eastside Music Supply is happy to welcome Hologram Electronics to the family!
Hologram Electronics, are a boutique pedal company based in Knoxville, TN, and they have become widely acclaimed for the line of innovative and unique pedals. We’re pleased to share some details about two of our favorite Hologram pedals that we have available in the store, Infinite Jets and Dream Sequence.
Here is a breakdown of the functionality of these two inspiring stomps straight from the builder:
INFINITE JETS RESYNTHESIZER :
Infinite Jets tracks the dynamics of your playing, samples individual notes and chords, and then reinterprets them as new sounds using two independent channels of infinite sustain. It offers 4 separate sampling effects in one: Blur,Synth, Glitch, and Swell.
Create lush ambient textures that seamlessly fade from one chord to the next, infinite sustain, glitching granular loops, filtered synthesizer sounds, violin-like fuzz and swell effects, drones, distorted delay and vibrato, and much more.
The pedal uses two channels of sampling (A & B) to sustain notes indefinitely. They can be triggered by your playing automatically or via footswitches.
Because there are two channels of sampling, notes can attack, sustain, and decay on top of each other. This allows for unique harmony, drone, and textural effects. Any note or chord can be sustained indefinitely and assigned a wave shape and decay time via the Shape and Envelope Time controls.
DREAM SEQUENCE :
SOMETHING NEW >
Dream Sequence is built around a pattern-based rhythmic Sequencer that pitch shifts your instrument up or down one octave. This allows for unique Arpeggiatorand Tremolo patterns at moderate tempos, churning, atmospheric effects at slow tempos, and wild Modulation-like effects at high speeds.

Eastside Music Supply: This Week’s Guitar Pedal Picks
Nashville guitar pedal store helps you explore the endless world of guitar sounds
The world of guitar pedals moves terribly fast. This is what makes pursuing your perfect sound such an exciting adventure. At Eastside Music Supply, we know that new guitar pedals are going to market so rapidly, it can be hard to keep up. This is why we’re launching our weekly guitar pedal picks. Every week, we’re going to explore three of our favorite pedals that we have available in our store, so as to help educate you on what makes them exceptional, what they do, how they work and how they may help you find the sound you’re seeking.
Of course, we encourage you to come in and try these pedals out for yourselves! While reading about a pedal may help you understand it in theory, nothing beats actually trying it out for yourself!
Here are this week’s guitar pedal picks:
Midnight Amplification SENTINEL:
Our take: The builder was inspired by Slowdive while creating the pedal. It's capable of loads of tone shaping but is basically a unique combination of gain and reverb.
Here is the builder's description:
Who will you trust to keep watch over your tone? The Sentinel by Midnight Amplification is the culmination of two things all players love; gain and reverb. By adding features that we have personally always sought after ourselves, the Sentinel will keep watch long into the night.
A momentary ‘freak’ switch is perfect for those noisy intro’s, not to mention that when paired with a heavy amount of distortion and reverb, you’re sure that the guard will be talking back to you.
Electro Harmonix SUPEREGO+
Our take: This thing is a beast! This pedal combines the beloved superego synth engine with multi-effects processing that borrows some of the most famous EHX modulation and delay effects in one box!
Here is the builder's description:
Building on the synthesis platform of the award-winning Superego, our new Superego+ raises the bar when it comes to creating synth effects, sound layers, glissandos, infinite sustain and more. Plus, we’ve added a complete effects section featuring 11 effects types, an EXP input for effect parameter control/preset recall and an EXT jack for a 3-button controller.
The Superego+ is equipped with the following effects:
• DETUNE: pitch detune, EXP pedal controls pitch
• DELAY: warm, analog sounding delay, feedback is preset, EXP controls delay time up to 2 seconds
• ECHO: pristine digital delay, feedback is preset, EXP pedal controls delay time up to 2 seconds
• FLANGE: Electric Mistress style w/filter matrix, rate and feedback. EXP pedal controls rate
• PHASE: Small Stone style phase shifting with rate and depth control. EXP controls rate
• MOD: pitch-based vibrato or chorus. EXP controls rate
• ROTARY: rotary speaker style sound. Depth controls tweeter/horn balance. EXP pedal controls rate
• TREM 1: sine wave tremolo. EXP controls rate
• TREM 2: square wave tremolo. EXP controls rate
• PITCH: pitch shifting effect over a +/- one octave range. EXP controls whammy
• FILTER: resonant low-pass filter. EXP pedal controls frequency
The pedal provides enough sound shaping control to please the most sonically adventurous player and is equipped with Dry, Effect, Attack, Decay, Threshold, Layer and Gliss knobs, plus Rate and Depth knobs for the Effects Section. Four foot-switchable Freeze modes: Moment, Sustain, Auto and Latch, plus a Live Effects mode where the dry signal is routed thru the built-in effects and the internal synth engine is disabled, are included.
The polyphonic Superego+ works with guitar as well as other instruments including bass, keyboards, vocals, drums, etc. and comes equipped with an EHX 9.6DC-200 AC Adaptor.
Our take: This bad boy is a super versatile drive section for any pedalboard. Universally applicable to nearly any setup.
2in1 Overdrive / Swiss Army Knife of drive.
Here is the builder's description:
Foxcatcher is the result of a six month trial and study. After a variety of breadboard builds and circuit explorations, we finally decided to clear the breadboard and start with a circuit that we loved, the Bluesbreaker. From there, we began changing and adding to the base circuit. The first of which was a slight change to the tone section and the addition of the Nature knob. From there, we added an output buffer and true bypass stylings. From the start, we wanted to have an independent boost section on the pedal. That decision was easy, our Gravity Bomb (you can read more about Gravity Bomb here). Once real world testing was in full swing, we started showing friends, family and local dealers. Taking everyone's critiques into consideration, we added an effect order toggle switch. Lastly, we incorporated a Burr Brown audiophile op amp and made it so that Foxcatcher can receive up to 18 volts. This allows for even more clarity. John du Pont’s signature pedal.
